If an item is in stock, it is immediately available for shipping. All other items, are personalized and therefore tailor made and will be ready within 2 weeks of order placement.
Standard Shipping
In Europe the delivery time is between 3 to 5 days. For the rest of the world it takes 5 to 7 days for your item to arrive at your door. Shipping costs are charged depending on your address.
Express Shipping
Delivery time between 1 to 3 business days for orders shipping to Europe as well as the rest of the world.
Returns
Should you change your mind, you can return your items to us, provided:
- Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must contain the original labels and packaging.
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- You have to return the item as you received it, with the original labels and packaging.
- All goods will be inspected upon arrival.
- When you return an item you are not obligated to tell us the reason you are returning it. You can return it to the address you will find on our contact page.
- You can return the item through your local carrier at your own expenses. (Only for Europe)
- For returns made from countries outside the European Union please contact with us to arrange the return!
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- When we will receive the item we will give you a full refund of the product on your account.
- Please notice that some screens are changing the color of the product, please have that in mind when you choose a product and check it on different screens if you have the possibility to avoid any mistakes.
- Items with custom changes on the original design such as new details, another collar, longer or shorter, change sleeve design, etc.. are excluded from out return policy and will not be refunded.
- Custom-made items are non-refundable.
