Refund policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

• You have to return the item as you received it, with the original labels and packaging.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• You can return the item through your local carrier at your own expenses. (Only for Europe)
• For returns made from countries outside the European Union please contact us to arrange the return!
• You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
• Please notice that some screens are changing the color of the product, please have that in mind when you choose a product and check it on different screens if you have the possibility to avoid any mistakes.
• Items with custom changes on the original design such as new details, another collar, longer or shorter, change sleeve design, etc.. are excluded from our return policy and will not be refunded.
• For custom-made items we offer store-credit.
