Shipment & Returns
Production
If an item is in stock, it is immediately available for shipping. All other items, are personalized and therefore tailor made and will be ready within 2 weeks of order placement.
Standard Shipping
In Europe the delivery time is between 3 to 5 days. For the rest of the world it takes 5 to 7 days for your item to arrive at your door. Shipping costs are charged depending on your address.
Express Shipping
Delivery time between 1 to 3 business days for orders shipping to Europe as well as the rest of the world.
Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Please consider the following:
- As soon as we receive the item we will give you a full refund of the product on your account.
- You can return the item through your local carrier at your own expenses. (Only for Europe)
- For returns made from countries outside the European Union please contact us to arrange the return!
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- Please notice that some screens are changing the color of the product, please have that in mind when you choose a product and check it on different screens if you have the possibility to avoid any mistakes.
- Items with custom changes on the original design such as new details, another collar, longer or shorter, change sleeve design, etc.. are excluded from our return policy and will not be refunded.
- For custom-made items we offer store-credit.
